Mobile banking adoption has been extraordinary: more than 57 million verified digital users, with the majority of consumer banking interactions now occurring through digital channels rather than physical branches. This digital transformation is not merely cosmetic — it represents a genuine structural shift in the cost economics of retail banking. Geographically, Bank of America's domestic franchise is unmatched in scope.
